$30 instead of $25 like many other places, possibly because of more overhead, with call center in the same building. The place is nice, has a couch for waiting, and offers cold water. Good experience overall.

I was skeptical in the beginning because I had a bad experience with an Hispanic customer associate but Helmy the CEO is absolutely fantastic. He is a good man who will try to accomodate your needs should you have issues. Don't be afraid to escalate if something needs attention, he will help you and fix everything that needs to be fixed.

PostScan has an amazing service that has streamlined my ability to check my mailbox from anywhere in the world with the click of a button. As someone that travels often, it is often inconvenient for me to check a PO Box, or have a friend stop by my house and pick up my mail while I am gone.
